I have been studying Yoga for around 25 years.  Recently I have become interested and passionate about how Yoga, and its varied practices, can harness the body's own natural systems and ways of doing things (which is a revelation in itself!) to help us manage and work with our various conditions.  I have a special interest in Insomnia and work related stress.

I could go on .... but a session with me will enlighten you about how you can benefit from even the simplest of practices.

And you don't need to have done any yoga before!  Just bring yourself.
